ARC Land Development was hired for a large-scale, multi-site project in Opelika, AL. The scope included demolishing two condemned housing structures, clearing land on adjacent lots, grading for proper drainage, and comprehensively re-dressing all affected properties. The team, led by Blaine, completed an impressive amount of earthmoving and restructuring in just 1.5 weeks.
